Bring the family along to celebrate Australia Day at the Cotter Bush Picnic.  There will be a wide variety of entertainment and activities for the whole family to enjoy including:

·        Reptile show & displays
·        Boomerang throwing demonstration
·        Bootscooting line dancing display

·        Story telling and puppet shows
·        Ranger guided activities and much more. 

The Cotter is a popular place for Canberrans to cool down in summer and Australia Day is the perfect time to explore the river on a ranger guided walk or to take time out, relax and soak up the atmosphere. There will be food, drinks, tea, coffee and ice-cream available for purchase including an Aussie barbeque with a variety of tasty delights on offer.
